Tomato Salsa

Refreshing, tasty and sweet. The left over juices are great for dipping bread in too!

Tomato Salsa

  • Servings: 1 Small Pot

A lot of people use this as a dip for tortilla chips but Tomato Salsa is so tasty on grilled bread or if you make a lot of it, it can be served as a side salad!


  • 3 Handfuls of Tomatoes diced (any kind)
  • 1 Garlic Clove crushed
  • 1/2 Red Onion diced
  • 1 small bunch of Parsley
  • 2 Lemons juiced
  • 3tbsp O Oil
  • 1tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1tsp Sugar
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • 1 Chilli (optional)


  1. Dice the tomatoes and discard the seeds.
  2. Put the tomatoes in a sieve and sprinkle with a little salt, leave for 10mins
  3. Mix all ingredients together, add chilli for a little spice.
