Basil Vinaigrette

This is such a good dressing to drizzle over so many different dishes (salads, fish, chicken etc.), adding colour and a light basil fragrance

Basil Vinaigrette

  • Servings: Medium Pot

  • 60 Basil Leaves (4 small bunches)
  • 18tbsp O Oil
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 3 Shallots


  1. Blitz all ingredients together.
  2. This can be drizzled over tomato salads, boiled potatoes, green beans, white fish, chicken or just your regular leafy salad. It’s great for presentation and taste delicious.
