Thai Baked White Fish

Using basic Thai ingredients turns what can be a boring dish into something really delicious and refreshing

Thai Baked White Fish

Ingredients

  • 2 White Fish Fillets
  • 1/2 Thumbnail of Ginger sliced into matchstick size
  • Handful of Coriander
  • 1 Red Chilli sliced
  • 1 Lemongrass

Directions

  1. Heat oven 200DC
  2. Sprinkle mixture over fish
  3. Wrap fish in baking paper
  4. Place in oven for 10mins or until cooked through

Serve with a little soy sauce, sprinkle over some toasted sesame seeds and a few fresh coriander leaves.
