Greek Salad

Traditional Greek Salads tend to be forgotten about until you go on holiday… It’s a great salad to make as a starter or have as a side and is quick and easy!

Greek Salad

Traditional Greek Salads are delicious. Mop up any left over juices with warm crusty bread!


  • 4 Tomatoes Large Quartered
  • 1 Cucumber diced
  • 2 Handfulls Pitted Olives
  • 250g Feta
  • Oregano sprinkle
  • 1 Red Onion sliced
  • 3tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2tbsp Rosemary
  • 1tsp Black Pepper Corns
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • Dressing:
  • 6tbsp O Oil
  • 2tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Lemon Juiced


  1. Prep vegetables
  2. Marinate Onions in red wine vinegar, rosemary, black pepper corns and bay leaf for 15mins
  3. Whisk together dressing ingredients
  4. Combine everything and coat ingredients with with just enough dressing so that it glistens.
