Blue Cheese Dressing

Blue Cheese Dressing is great in bringing some spice to a salad but can be even better when served as a dip to the side of your chicken wings!

Blue Cheese Dressing

  • Servings: 1 Medium Pot
  • Time: 5 mins
  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Print

Ingredients

  • 2tbsp Mayo
  • 2tbsp Yoghurt
  • 1.5tbsp Sour Cream
  • 4drops Tabasco
  • Chives small bunch sliced
  • 3 Spring Onions sliced
  • 100g Blue Cheese
  • 1tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1tsp English Mustard
  • 0.5 Garlic Clove (1 Garlic Clove Roasted)
  • Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Blitz together all ingredients until you have a smooth consistency adding chives at the end so that they don’t bruise in the blender. Add more spice or cheese or yoghurt depending on how you want it to taste!
