Brilliant recipe and delicious flavours making a cheap cut of meat great!

Thai Spiced Pork

  • 2 Pork Fillets
  • 2 Lemon Grass
  • 1tbsp Ginger
  • 1 Chilli
  • 2 Red Onions
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 3 tsp Coriander
  • 1tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1 Lime zest and juice
  • 2tbsp Peanut or Olive Oil
  • Fresh Coriander handful for garnish


  1. Blitz all ingredients under ‘pork fillets’ minus the fresh coriander
  2. Marinade the pork fillets for 3-4hrs or overnight
  3. Heat oven 200℃
  4. Heat griddle pan
  5. Take pork out of marinade and grill 7-8mins each side, medium to high heat, brushing with a little oil as you go
  6. Put in the oven for 5mins or until cooked through
  7. Serve with some stir fried veg or sticky rice, yum!
