Lamb Chops with Rosemary

A beautiful way to serve a very simple dish!

Lamb Chops with Rosemary Sprigs

  • 8 Lamb Chops
  • Rosemary Sprigs
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2tbsp O Oil
  • 1 Lemon Juiced


  1. Cut the Lamb off the bone and replace with rosemary sprigs
  2. Bring Lamb chops up to room temperature
  3. Mix the garlic, oil and lemon juice together
  4. Season Lamb either side and heat griddle pan, medium to high heat
  5. Brush Lamb Chops with the oil mixture using rosemary sprig
  6. Grill Lamb for roughly 3.5mins each side, cover and allow lamb to rest for a minute or so
