Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

If you’ve got a cupboard packed full of herbs and spices and you don’t know what to do with them, make a Jamaican Jerk Seasoning. It will keep for months and can be used with any meat you like! 

Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

  • Servings: 1 Medium Pot

Secret Glaze- Use 1tsp of Jamaican Seasoning, 4tbsp Runny Honey, 2tsp Dark Rum… Brush the glaze onto your meat as you grill it… soooo good!


  • 3tbsp Onion Powder
  • 3tbsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1tsp Nutmeg
  • 3tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1tsp Cinnamon
  • 2tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1tbsp All Spice
  • 1tbsp Dried Thyme
  • 1tbsp Dried Chives


  1. Mix together all ingredients above and pat onto any meat of your choice. Pork should be coated 4hrs in advance and chicken 8hours.
