Balsamic Pork Chops

  • 4 Chops
  • 4 Garlic cloves minced
  • 2tbsp Black Pepper Corns whole
  • 2tbsp Balsamic Vinegar (extra for basting)
  • 3tbsp O Oil
  • 1tbsp Thyme
  • 1tbsp Oregano


  1. Snip the fat on the chop (helps to get crispy when cooking)
  2. Combine all the ingredients marinating the pork chops 2hrs prior to cooking
  3. Cook the pork intermittently brushing with the glaze for 8-10mins under a grill or until cooked through (internal temp 65℃)
