Oriental Beef Salad

This salad is healthy, easy, light, refreshing and crisp!

Oriental Beef Salad

Ingredients

    Salad:
  • 3 Beef Steaks
  • 2 Spring Onions sliced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper julienned
  • 5 Radishes sliced
  • 1 Cucumber Ribboned
  • 1 Carrot Grated
  • Baby Gem Lettuce Leaves
  • Coriander Leaves handful
  • Sesame Seeds for scattering
  • 2 Packets of Noodles cooked (optional)
  • Dressing:
  • 2 Ginger Thumbnail Size
  • 2 Shallots
  • 1 Garlic
  • 4tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 12tbsp O Oil
  • 8tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Lemons Juiced

Directions

  1. Blitz ingredients for dressing
  2. Marinade the steaks in half of the dressing for at least 1hr
  3. Prep salad ingredients
  4. Sear Steaks on hot griddle pan, (2mins each side), allow to rest in tin foil for a couple of mins
  5. Arrange the salad and steaks tossing through the mix with a little dressing and any steak juices!
