Garlic Mustard Pork

Garlic Mustard Pork is super tasty when BBQ’d or grilled! It has a sweet and spicy flavour and the marinade helps keep the pork juicy whilst it cooks!

Garlic Mustard Pork

  • 500g Pork Fillet or Steaks (if using fillet, chop into cubes and skewer)
  • 4tbsp Runny Honey
  • 0.5tbsp Paprika
  • 4tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 5tbsp Tommy K
  • 1tbsp Tom Puree
  • 4tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1tbsp Tabasco
  • 2tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • 1tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
  • 3 Garlic Cloves


  1. Blitz all of the ingredients listed below the pork and marinade for at least 1hr (best marinated over night)
  2. Fire up a hot griddle pan or barbie and whack the steaks on, medium to high heat 8-10mins 65℃ internal temp!

Why not serve with a light and creamy potato salad on the side!
