Hollandaise Sauce used to terrify me as I always heard how it so often went wrong… Using very little of 5 ingredients and taking your time this Hollandaise is easy peasy!
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1tsp Water
- 1tsp Lemon
- 112g Butter
- Cayenne Pepper, sprinkle
- Water, lemon, cayenne place all ingredients in glass bowl
- Melt butter
- Add butter to the water mix slowly whisking continuously
- Serve with eggs, fish, veg or meat!
Why not serve this with some lovely freshly grilled fish!
