Spag Bowl

Absolute classic! A favourite amongst adults and kids! Whether you’re stuck for ideas, want something quick and easy or needing to prep a meal in advance, Spag Bowl never disappoints! 

Spag Bowl

  • 500g Beef Mince
  • 2 Medium Onions diced
  • 1 Garlic Clove sliced
  • 1 Small Tin Tom Puree
  • 2 Tinned Chopped Toms
  • Oregano sprinkle
  • 3tsp Sugar
  • Worcestershire Sauce splash


  1. Prep the onions and garlic
  2. Fry off the onion and garlic in a little olive oil until softened
  3. Fry off beef mince without oil in a separate frying pan
  4. Once the beef is browned, add the beef to the onion and garlic pan using a slotted spoon
  5. Add in tom puree
  6. Add chopped toms
  7. Add a sprinkle or oregano, sugar and a splash of Worcestershire sauce
  8. Bring to a boil and then turn right down and cover. Allow to simmer for 40mins. (The longer you allow the Bolognaise to simmer the better it tastes!)
