This dip is so tasty, refreshing and looks gorgeous!
- 3 Whole Cooked and Skinned Beetroots
- 5tbsp (Heaped) Yoghurt
- 3tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 Bunch Fresh Mint
- 1 Lemon Juice
- Fresh Coriander finely chopped for garnish (optional)
- Blitz all your ingredients in a blender and season with salt and pepper! Top with chopped fresh coriander and serve with some warm bread and/or raw veggies!
