Cucumber and Mint Raita

If you love Indian then this is a delicious cooling sauce to have on the side of your curries!!!

Cucumber and Mint Raita

  • Servings: 1 Small Bowl
  • Time: 10mins
  • Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber Grated
  • 3 Spring Onions
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 Thumb Size piece of Fresh Ginger
  • 1 Large Handful Fresh Mint
  • 2 Lemons Juiced
  • 2tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 8tbsp Yoghurt

Directions

  1. Dry fry the Cumin Seeds
  2. Slice the Spring Onions
  3. Blitz the rest of the ingredients
  4. Combine everything and enjoy!
