Cucumber and Mint Raita

If you love Indian then this is a delicious cooling sauce to have on the side of your curries!!!

Cucumber and Mint Raita

  • Servings: 1 Small Bowl
  • Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients

  • 2tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 3 Spring Onions
  • 1 Cucumber Grated
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 Thumb Size piece of Fresh Ginger
  • 1 Large Handful Fresh Mint
  • 2 Lemons Juiced
  • 8tbsp Yoghurt

Directions

  1. Put a frying pan over a high heat and once hot, dry fry the Cumin Seeds until they become fragrant.
  2. Slice the Spring Onions and leave aside
  3. Blitz the remaining ingredients
  4. Combine everything and enjoy!
