Really quick, easy, simple and healthy. Great addition to your summer table spread!


  • Servings: 1 Medium Bowl

  • 2 Cans Chickpeas drained
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8tbsp Tahini (CHEAT: If you don’t have any Tahini combine 1tbsp Peanut Oil with 3tbsp Peanut Butter)
  • 3 Lemons Juices
  • 1tsp Cumin
  • 1tsp Paprika
  • 8tbsp Water


  1. Blitz all your ingredients in a blender.
  2. Dollop the hummus onto a plate and add a drizzle of olive oil over the top and a sprinkle of chilli flakes!- adjust the amount of water depending on the consistency you’re after

If you want your Hummus a little creamier I suggest adding a small teaspoon of cream cheese!
