Really quick, easy, simple and healthy. Great addition to your summer table spread!
- 2 Cans Chickpeas drained
- 2 cloves garlic
- 8tbsp Tahini (CHEAT: If you don’t have any Tahini combine 1tbsp Peanut Oil with 3tbsp Peanut Butter)
- 3 Lemons Juices
- 1tsp Cumin
- 1tsp Paprika
- 8tbsp Water
- Blitz all your ingredients in a blender.
- Dollop the hummus onto a plate and add a drizzle of olive oil over the top and a sprinkle of chilli flakes!- adjust the amount of water depending on the consistency you’re after
If you want your Hummus a little creamier I suggest adding a small teaspoon of cream cheese!
