Hummus

Really quick, easy, simple and healthy. Great addition to your summer table spread!

Hummus

  • Servings: 1 Medium Bowl
  • Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients

  • 2 Cans Chickpeas drained
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8tbsp Tahini (CHEAT: If you don’t have any Tahini combine 1tbsp Peanut Oil with 3tbsp Peanut Butter)
  • 3 Lemons Juices
  • 1tsp Cumin
  • 1tsp Paprika
  • 8tbsp Water

Directions

  1. Blitz all your ingredients adding a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of chilli flakes!

If you want your Hummus a little creamier I suggest adding a small teaspoon of cream cheese!
