About Sarah

Being always hungry and never full naturally led Sarah to pursue a career in food. Sarah’s work has taken her around the world, cooking for an elite clientele at the tops of mountains and onboard superyachts through storms at sea. Now London based, Sarah works on writing, developing and styling recipes for a variety of commercial and editorial projects. Sarah continues with her lockdown creation; The Remote Supper Club, which has developed into the Vassallo and Gray ‘Eat with Us’ seasonal supper club, a delicious collaboration with and celebration of local suppliers, friends and food.
